I might have a machine for you. It is an older model but perfect for a storage box: Penguin Dual Xeon 3. 0 Ghz/ 8 GB ram/ 16-Bay SATA Storage System. This is a full rack mount server (4u i think). I upgraded to a box with beefier CPU and more ram, it is in full working condition. Yours without drives for $100, but you have to come get it.
