I used to use pass. A primarily CLI based password manager that has some
other clients as well.

Just be aware it does have the downside of identifying the sites in plain
text. I've since switched to use LastPass so your milage may vary.

designed for a single workstion (a la KeePass), or not really secure
(Firefox Sync).
