Still going to be a compromise, though. Original request said Android, but if a Chromebook will work, I say go for that.
- Samsung Tab series either lower-res screen, or smaller screen, or both
- Pixel C screen smaller than 11 inches

I can attest to this as well. The two different Samsung Tab series tablets
I have used have both had VERY good battery life as well.
