[Cialug] Slightly OT, .. GC Instance

Seems like I recall folks here using GC, .. please pardon the slightly off
topic post:

Lost access to a GC Instance last night (Server 2012, of course) and I can
no longer connect via RDP, or even ssh (I had installed Cygwin OpenSSH for
access).

Is there any way to gather any diagnostic information? The available logs
are in the GC WebUI are useless, as they only show the two resets I did
today.
