[Cialug] Crashplan replacement

Hello all...

I've been using CrashPlan free for some time to handle doing local and
off-site backups between my house and my parent's for some time.  I just
got an email that they are killing off the free/home services and I'm
looking for an alternative.  Any recommendations for an easy to configure
and use system for doing local/off-site backups that runs on both linux and
windows?  Especially if there's any way to "pre-seed" a drive as a local
backup, then "ship" it off-site for sending incremental backups to.  That
was one great feature of crashplan as I have TBs of data backed up.
