So, .. for a production server (4Core,16GB,200GB), I'm seeing ~$125 for
Google & Amazon, .. ~$60 (avg) for folks like CVPS, .. so how does one
make a good decision?

For example, I have used GC recently and like the simplicity of
cloning/snapshotting a machine, .. does it take that cost level to get
something similar?
