be usable for a system without static IPs, but the best solution for a
server application is to just remove dhcpdcd5 entirely - the system works
great with standard configuration procedures.

Besides, one has to *install* a dhcp server anyway [for a server app], so
dhcpddp appears to be a total hack, some yongin's attemtp at doing
someting systemd but falling WAY short. Besides, it doesn't install with
other mainstream distros (e.g. SuSE), so RIP, really.
