[Cialug] Ubuntu usermode ported to Windows: a sign of the end times?

To be clear, this is not running Linux on Windows, it's running bash on
Windows. Which you can already do with various tools like cygwin.
Linux itself is the kernel. So you can't remove the kernel from Linux,
you'd have... nothing.
