[Cialug] Anyone worked for or been a customer of ICS Advanced Technologies in Ames?

It looks like they have a developer position opening up and I was wondering
if anyone has personal experience with the company.

It looks like they work with some interesting languages tools like PHP,
Ruby on Rails, Go, and docker, but at the same time they have some rather
bad customer reviews and I am wondering how much of that is just they are
an ISP and no-one is ever happy vs actual customer experience and resource
issues.
