[Cialug] SPF record for cialug.org

Hello,

Whoever is responsible for cialug.org DNS, would you please add a
TXT record for cialug.org, with the value

"v=spf1 a mx -all"

An IPv4 address would be better but this will work fine and won't
cause trouble if/when the server's IP address changes and nobody
updates the TXT record.

I'm asking for this addition so outbound mail is less likely to be
classified as spam/unwanted.
