Had room for one more drive so I installed one 2tb drive,added that to the
raid then grow the raid fs. It's giving an estimate of 52min to rebuild the
raid. Once that is done I'm hoping(knock on wood) that I'll be able to
remove the noisy drive, install the 2nd 2tb drive & rebuild again. Then
next is try to remove the last 160gb drive and rebuild.
I was able to use OMV's web based manager to format the drive to EXT4. It
looks like its using LVM.
