[Cialug] Matchstick Refunds

The refund from Matchstick showed up in my bank account this morning, so
I've sent refunds to everyone except for Jim Kraai who indicated that his
money should be sent to Area515 for educational programming uses.  Bailey,
there's no way that I can get cash to you in a timely manner so I can send
the money via Dwolla or PayPal.  Unless I hear otherwise soon I'll just
send it to Area515's Dwolla account.
