[Cialug] Ubuntu 14.04 & dnsmasq

I haven't tried them, so take these with a grain of salt, but the link
below has the following directions

comment out # dns=dnsmasq in /etc/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.conf
and then remove resolveconf.
apt-get remove resolvconf
