One of the things that causes this error is insufficient power. You might check another power source, and that your power supplies are big enough to support everything you have attached.

In particular consider your Ethernet adapter. It’s actually quite power hungry due to the design of the physical layer; it takes about 1W per port to run at 1000Mbit and most of that is required even when not transmitting or receiving frames.
