[Cialug] Ubutab?

These appear to be on-par hardware wise with some of the cheaper non-pro
(Core iX) Windows slates.  The nearly bezel-less screen is what looks
too-good-to-not-be-fake to me.  In fact, this thing looks very similar to
the PIPO W3 Win8.1 slate on banggood.  Ports and screen are a bit
different.  Possibly an upgrade or slightly different device (since it
doesn't need a windows button).  Or the whole thing is fake.  Are these
actually shipping?  It looks like they're taking orders.  I don't find it
very encouraging that there's NO social presence on the site for feedback
just a 4-item shop with very little info.
