[Cialug] Mediacom's pop-up banners

Ugh...I was thinking (dreading) of switching back to MC (internet only) for
some savings if we got rid of our DirecTV...but that's just downright
wrong.  How will the upcoming FCC changes affect this?  It seems like it
should be criminal to me for them to affect your traffic (the actual data
going back and forth.) like that.  I swear Mediacom is the WORST company to
deal with.  I don't want to go back to them...but internet access is
freaking expensive (thanks to area monopolies providers always seem to
have).
