[Cialug] Mediacom's pop-up banners

I have seen this as well.  Yes, perma-vpn seems like the only answer.  I do
this with my phone, but generally not my home connection.  Since they
raised the soft cap to 2TB/m for my level of service, I have not had the
issue.
