There is no such thing - Google defines "Nonprofit" as "Charitable" -
IRS 501c()! If you don't have an IRS exemption, you're out of luck.

By comparison, there are hundreds or thousands of *State* non-profit
organizations that are not required to have official IRS Charitable
exemptions (IOW, you can deduct a donation to a Charitable organization,
but not a non-profit).

We are looking at ocportal.com for my Mom's family association - it has
most of the capabilities you want already available, .. much less
complicated [and less of a hacker target] tham WP.
