[Cialug] Production backups

A friend of mine has been using StoreGrid for years, but they are
abandoning the ability to run your own offsite servers next year.

Is anyone using a production backup system that permits:

 * Connector/API backups of all the Microshaft stuff (e.g. Exchange, SQL
   Server)?
 * Must be 'tier configurable', i.e. local store, remote DR, and not
   restricted to a specific storage provider.
 * Web-based management platform with daily reports on all status
  information, job completion, ..
 * Resiliency to retry delivery of DR data copy (i.e. retry on no
   confirmation)
 * Cross platform (Linux for DR servers) and cluster friendly
