For people still using Firefox, what combination of extensions do you 
use to make the internet a less annoying place? In the past i've used 
varying combinations of Adblock Plus, BetterPrivacy, Cookie Monster, 
Flashblock, Ghostery, NoScript, Privoxy (that one's a proxy, not an 
extension), and probably others i'm forgetting. At the moment i'm only 
using Adblock Plus and Ghostery, but am wondering if there's a better 
combination. Up until very recently i was using NoScript, but so many 
sites now use JavaScript for the most basic functionality that NoScript 
was becoming more hassle than it was worth.
