If you are dealing with corrupt officials or fradulent legal docs, I
recomend posting these in as many places as you can -- no, not spamming
them, but make it as hard as possible for fake legal docs to get them taken
down.
Dropbox and Google Sites are good places to start. Look into a free
SkyDrive account (from Microsoft), and perhaps a github account. Wikileaks
might be an option, depending on the nature of the documents.
