[Cialug] Local Phone & Internet

The company formerly known as Internet Solver can provide internet and
phone at reasonable rates, although in certain situations they may be
reselling you CenturyLink services.   They were bought out by
Alliance/Iowa Network Services last year so I'm not sure what the
story on new service is.
