[Cialug] Looking for recommendations for Internet Providers in town

I am making an extremely last minute move in Des Moines, to an apartment
right by 31st and Ingersoll (subway on the corner).

I currently have amazing service in Beaverdale from Internet Solver. I
cannot say enough positive things about them, the connection is excellent
and the service is simply amazing the few times I have had to contact them.
I don't think I can keep service with them since centurylink says the best
they can offer me is 3 Mbps and that leads me to believe the local line is
utter crap. I was hoping for better options being right by DMU.

I think the only other option in town is mediacom and I have had some bad
experiences with them. I have heard a rumor that if you get a business
connection, you can expect your service to be almost bearable.

Any suggestions or info would be greatly appreciated. I would love to at
least have the 12Mbps down I currently have.
