[Cialug] Free Public Distribution List?

Does anyone know of a way to set up a free distribution list?  I want to
have one email address so that any email sent to that address gets copied
out to each and every person on the list.

My search-fu fails me.  I find results for mailing lists, like Mail Chimp,
but that's not quite what I need.  And I find results for creating a
private distribution list of contacts in the webmail provider of your
choice, Hotmail, Gmail, etc.  But I need it to be available to anyone who
emails the one address.
