[Cialug] Late-night wifi

Bar on University in Windsor Height, Styx, has WiFi and is fairly quiet 
place especially on a Tuesday evening. If the bartender not open about 
how to get access and they almost always are ask and I shall tell. Best 
of all its a bar.
