Google Search: "Windows 98" filetype:iso
There are a few seeders over on PirateBay.
I don't see any first edition copies on Usenet.
Scan the hell out of whatever you download: ClamAV, Kaspersky,
MalwareBytes, AVG, Avira, etc.
Since MS cancelled their legacy programs, I don't know of any ways to get a
legitimate copy.
(To defray any snide comments, I have to play in the pirate space these
days to protect my own and my clients' intellectual property. Leak
detection and whatnot.)
