[Cialug] EFF Article - Ten Steps Against Surveillance

If I recall correctly, Barry will be giving his "History of Linux"
presentation at the November meeting. I was thinking of taking a break from
our "Linux Basics" series in December, but setting up a TOR node might make
for a good December interlude. . .
