[Cialug] Debian live cd

I'm using wheezy to try making my own live cd and I've read enough to make it to the examples

but things hit a snag with the following error...

WARNING: The following packages cannot be authenticated!

then it displays a long list of programs then ends with this...

E: There are problems and -y was used without --force-yes
P: Begin unmounting filesystems

the above was from the build.log

this is the command that was used

lb build 2>&1 | build.log

as you can see -y wasn't used

I'm stumped as what to do next
