[Cialug] SSL Weirdness

I've seen this before, when I was trying to use a cert but wasn't using
port 443. So, ensure your config is properly set to listen and use the
cert via SSL, and not stock port 80 standard web traffic. My error
message looked almost identical to that. It's been about 3 years since
that happened, so I apologize for the lack of details. You could always
post your Apache config so we can take a look at it.
