Many machines we use have no MUA program installed, so the built-in mailx
is usable. One thing REALLY bugs me however, and I cannot find any clues
in the man page nor online.

How does one "page down" to the net set of messages in thet list? For
example, viewing message list for 1-20, how is one supposed to view the
*list* of 21-40? All navigation commands seem to open a single message,
instead of advancing the "list" and navigation commands seem oriented only
to jumping to a specific index.
