[Cialug] January meeting and election nominations - 1/16

in theory, meaning that we don't have any formal structure or process.  the president "runs" the meeting, by saying at some point "okay, let's start" then calling for food some time later.  the treasurer takes dues at the election, and that's about it for the year.  historically, the VP gets elected then doesn't come to another meeting for many months (maybe it's to make sure there's a continuum of power).  the other titles are for show - there is neither great power nor great responsibility :)
