[Cialug] OT USB thermometer

I got an Arduino starter kit from Radio Shack that contains a breadboard
and a bunch of parts (jumpers, led's, switches) and it also included a
thermistor chip, I've been able to read temperatures and write out through
the USB and read it via the serial monitor.
The kit looks something like this, comes in a clear plastic box, I'm not
sure if that's the exact one.
