[Cialug] Hosted VOIP (off topic - follow up)

I saw a neat 'IP PBX' today, and really want to get moving on a system
here. I see some low-cost units online, but it's really hard to tell
what's decent and usable.

If anyone has any suggestions (or h/w to sell) please let me know offline?
Need a small IP PBX (4x24) w/ either OPX or ATA, paging, and music on
hold.
