Sounds pretty tedious to implement - would this person be a KGB or Stazi
alum (with continued connection to massive resources)? If you don't trust
the user, don't offer them VM space on your personal system. Of course, if
they're a sleeper spy and you're doing secure operations on the same system
you're sharing...
