[Cialug] Arduino winners

To help those new to the Arduino get started, I've stuffed a dozen links 
into a little web page at http://www.iedu.com/Documents/Arduino.html

The first five links are to pages on the official Arduino web site, and 
include the page from which you can download the IDE/cross-compiler so 
you can load and run your code.

The "Intro to Arduino Comic Book" was still in development when I last 
looked - and it seemed worth recommending, especially to people who 
aren't circuits-oriented (like me).

If anyone has suggestions for additional links, I'll be glad to add to 
the list.

I'll leave the page on the server until lack of traffic indicates 
expiration time. I hope it's helpful.
