Since your home network is small, and it sounds like the pelican box
isn't routing, you might be able to do this:

0. Configure the box as if it's always on the corporate network
1. Initiate a bit of traffic to your home router's internal if IP address
2. If the MAC seen in `arp -an` matches that of your home router's
internal interface,
3. Reconfigure the system for home

You've given very little information about either network though, so
that's all I can say.
