[Cialug] HD Problems

It spins up to what sounds like the right RPM and then the head does
its little reset noise. Then it just sits there quietly spinning away.
No real bearing noise. Warms up to what I think is about normal for
all 3.5 inch drives. Access light comes on every so often.
