Ubiquiti and Engenius have some options.  Depending on building composition you may not even need to go outside - just use a really good antenna as close to line-of site as you can get.

I need to do a point to point outdoor line of sight wireless hop for about 400ft with a throughput of greater than 10mb.  I'm looking for some wireless routers that support WDS with detachable antenna's. If they dont have detachable antenna's, the antenna's will need to be opposite the ethernet ports.

I'd also be willing to explore other low cost options. Any suggestions?
