[Cialug] File download issue

I was trying to get the latest 4.x.x which I finally did get on a different machine but I still get a couple of errors trying to start the firts VM I set up.  


Attached is the screen shot of the errors I received.

Have you tried the Ubuntu software center? I see the latest VB for Ubuntu10.10 is 3.2.8, or are you trying for the latest 4.x.x?
