[Cialug] next month's meeting - special elections

next month's lug meeting will be 10/19/2011 at 7pm.  we'll be at 
lighedge again, and the website has been updated

since we didn't do elections this year, and since we currently have an 
officer opening, we'll be doing special elections, which will roll over 
into next year (20 months on this board, 16 on the next)

if you want to volunteer or to nominate someone else for a position, 
please speak up.  the current opening is for president, but all 
positions are eligible for nomination.  to vote, you must be a current 
member of the lug, and no one is currently current, since people only 
usually pay at election time.  you also have to be a current member to 
be able to decline a nomination :)  dues are $10/year
