They look like the same cables that fit my HighPoint Rocket Raid card 
(InfiniBand connections):

These take SFF-8470's, and the InfiniBand -> 4 Sata cable model number 
would be IB-1M4S. These cables are pretty pricey compared to regular 
SFF-8087 SATA connections.
