[Cialug] virtual box error

I'm getting the following error when booting a centos 4.9 box with
virtualbox 4.1.2 installed:

vboxnetflt: no version for "VBoxHost_RTSpinlockCreate" found: kernel
tainted.

Also, after virtualbox runs for few days, the machine generates a
hyperthreading error and reboots. Server is a dual AMD cpu with quad
cores and VT-X enabled.

Googling tells me there might be a package the contains the
RTSpinlockCreate I need, but I dont seem to be able to find anything for
Centos. Anyone got any ideas?
