[Cialug] OT: Punch down block

Hey guys, sorry to bring this up here. I was just hoping someone might
know. I'm planning a cabling project in the office and I've run into an odd
punch down block. all of the pins are at an angle in their housings like
this [ / ]. Where they are usually horizontal.

Anyone worked with one of these? It is labeled for cat 5/6 but before I
invest in one, do you think a standard type 110 punch tool is going to work?
