I'd expect the "big boys" would have private satellite uplinks in
their trucks.  For the rest, I'd suggest talking to one or more of the
cellular providers in the area about bringing in a portable micro-cell
station to boost cell phone coverage as most people that need internet
access at the site will be using 3G/4G data in their
phone/tablets/whatever.
