[Cialug] Contract Programming

Depends on how soon you need it too.  3-4 hours isn't bad.  If you can wait
a bit for it you could probably find someone who holds a regular programming
job who would do it on the side.

(plug -> I'm a programmer.... Depends on the technology you need to use.)
