[Cialug] CIALUG movie night Dec. 21, 2011 Update

Someone ran into an issue in San Fransisco involving changes to PRL
that, when addressed, caused issues with GPS.

GPS is now fixed (it's not enough to wipe the davlik cache, you ALSO
have to reformat the cache partition), but it appears that hacking a
PRL requires Windows-only software, so I'm living with reduced bars at
the moment.

It's basic learning curve stuff.  The problem is that I'm not 20
anymore and now have more things to do with my evenings than spend
hours on end breaking and unbreaking technology.
