[Cialug] iptables restart?

cat iptables.saved |iptables-restore -c

replace iptables.saved with your file name of choice.
You've got to be root to run.

Trying to reload iptables rules from the configuration without restarting
the box, but it does not have 'service', .. and the rc script is just the
configuration.

How would one go about reloading without taking it down?
