Does anyone use a soft phone like X-lite? Trying to setup a think-client
workstation and I can't figure out how to get it autostart.

Created an icon on the desktop which launches manually, but, even though
it is set to autostart, it does not.

Tried to do a quick script in init.d:

DISPLAY=:0
export DISPLAY
XAUTHORITY=/home/<user>/.Xauthority
export XAUTHORITY
sudo su - <user> -c /usr/local/bin/xtensoftphone

The command runs fine in a shell for <user>, but not in /etc/init.d - it
paniccs, "Failed to initialize GTK'.

Is there something missing in getting the script to run as an rc?
