The tag is amusing, but I bet those operations just run really blind. I
used to spend a ton of time trying to get them (business spammers) to
stop sending me mail. It was a huge a waste of time.
I really like the "return a disproportionate number of non-delivery
notices" idea. On a small scale, I wonder if it will also just go
unnoticed. What is it that you can do that is not illegal or maybe in a
gray area, that will get there *immediate* attention?
