[Cialug] Procmail / Sendmail config pbm

Hello, I hope someone on here knows what is wrong. I moved my mail 
server to a fresh vm last night. I used rsync to move /home and 
/etc/mail on a centos5 install with dovecot. Everything is working 
except the inbound email is spooling in /var/mail instead of 
/home/$username/Maildir and that's a major issue since the mail is 
gotten through imap ssl.

I do have procmail installed, but it appears there is a config busted 
somewhere and I don't know what it is. I just need the user's mail to go 
to their homedir instead of in mbox files in /var/mail
